These are lamps sculpted in acrylic, laser engraved according to your design: photo, first name, date or motif.
They emit a soft and elegant light, ideal as a gift or interior decoration.
Can I customize my lamp?

Simply choose your design, add your photo, text or drawing — and our craftsmen will take care of the rest with precision.
Do you offer products other than lamps?
Yes! LUORA also offers a selection of Modern Essentials — useful everyday objects, designed to combine beauty, practicality and innovation.
🎁 Orders and payments
How to place an order?
Choose your product, click on "Add to cart" , then follow the payment steps.
Once the order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal .
All payments are 100% secure thanks to SSL encryption.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes, within 12 hours of purchase (as long as production has not started).
Write to us as soon as possible at contact@luora.com , indicating your order number.

What are the delivery times?
The average delivery time is 6 to 8 working days in France, excluding public holidays.
In Europe, 5 to 12 working days excluding public holidays.
Rest of the world: 7 to 15 business days after dispatch, excluding public holidays
Each order is carefully checked before shipment to guarantee impeccable quality.
Where can I track my order?
You can track the progress of your order via the "Track my order" page by entering your tracking number.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we deliver to most countries. Shipping costs and delivery times are automatically displayed at checkout.

What if I don't receive my order?

Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to return an item if it is non-personalized and in perfect condition.
Personalized products cannot be returned except in the case of a defect or manufacturing error.
What if my product is defective or damaged?
Contact us upon receipt with a photo at contact@luora.com — we will immediately replace or refund the product in question.
What if I make a mistake in my customization?
We advise you to carefully check your text or photo before submitting.
If the error is ours, of course we will send you a new lamp free of charge.
